CONDITIONS OF HIRE

 

• All prices include GST

• All prices are subject to change without notice

• Hire items to be returned clean, excluding linen - except when arranged otherwise

• Hire items are not insured

• Equipment and packaging damaged, broken or lost while on hire will be charged for  at current replacement cost

• The hirer is responsible for loss, damage or breakage of all items hired.

       On collected goods: until returned

       On delivered goods: until collected

• Prices do not include delivery or labour

• Prices are for one hire only, unless otherwise stated. Weekly and long term hire rates are available

• Crockery, Cutlery + Glassware can be returned dirty for us to wash - subject to 30 % surcharge. Laundry of linen is included in hire rate.

• The hirer accepts full responsibility for the correct manner of use of the equipment. The hirer hereby indemnifies and holds indemnified the owner from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands and expenses in any way arising from injury, death or damage caused to the hirer or associate users in respect of equipment hire
